Adult Ballet refers to a ballet dance work that consists of the choreography and music for a ballet production. Adult Ballets are performed and choreographed by trained artists. Adult ballets is often performed in simple costumes like leotards and tights and also without the use of elaborate sets or scenery. Adult Ballet makes it possible for adults to partake in exercises that help tones the body, can burn calories, improves flexibility of the body, increases core strength, and also helps to boost self-image.

Ballet Floor Barre: Stretching & Strengthening
This involves exercises that burns calories, tones the body, improves flexibility, increases core strength, and also helps to boost self-image. You get the benefits of a low impact, low stress, and highly rewarding form of exercise. Students will be directed to an efficient and thorough approach to strengthening and stretching which includes extensive wall work. With the ballet floor barre, students will be able to learn more about core support and control while studying classical ballet performance.
Here, students are instructed in a less structured pattern of dance which focuses on movement from the torso, an individual expression expanded and movement vocabulary. All classes include cross-centre work, barre work, and learning simple choreographic steps designed to get the student moving confidently, fluidly, and musically.
Adult Ballet for Beginner I
Tired of backaches, sore shoulders, or general stiffness! This is the right class for you. No previous ballet experience is required. You will be taught all the things you need to know about the ballet dance. It also gives you an opportunity to work out. Put that spring back into your step!
Adult Ballet for Beginner II
This is a class for students who have already taken the Beginner’s Class I for at up to a year, or who have had some previous ballet training as an adult student. It is a fantastic workout and a great stress reliever! Put that spring back into your step!
Adult Ballet for the Advancing Intermediate
This is a fantastic workout and a great stress reliever. It is for people who already have a knowledge of ballet just to provide them with an opportunity to learn more.
Adult Ballet for the Intermediate
Ideal for adults with previous training experience in ballet as a student for up to at least four years! It is a fantastic workout and a great stress reliever! Put that spring back into your step.
